Nature of the data processed

The data collected and processed by the Data Controller are of a personal nature, communicated voluntarily by visitors to the site, i.e. information through which a person can be identified as a natural person (e.g. name, surname, residence, domicile, e-mail address, IP address, telephone number, etc.). In no case do they include sensitive data.

The legal basis legitimising the processing is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at his or her request. In the cases expressly indicated, the legal basis is the consent freely given by the data subject.

Purpose of processing

On the other hand, consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes “b” of this notice is entirely optional and, therefore, not compulsory. Modalities and duration of the treatment

Rights of the data subjects
