We also offer a maintenance service for defective moulds and equipment, whether they are worn out by wear and tear or have been damaged by accidents that occurred during their productive life.
The maintenance department is composed of an experienced team, with technicians who use their specialist expertise to work on the removal of damaged parts and their reconstruction using various types of carryover materials.
Reconstruction of moulds
Reconstructions also make use of CNC machines and thanks to the invaluable manual work performed by our adjustment and polishing technicians, who are able to take care of the repair and restoration of the moulds, which can then, also thanks to the considerable range of technological equipment and specific tools available to us, be restored to their initial precision and functionality.
