Our projects
The design and manufacture of moulds, product industrialisation, equipment and gauges, prototypes, pre-series, small series, mould maintenance, finishes, line supports, reverse engineering, the production of impellers for pumps, including onsite measurements.
Product industrialisation
We support the customer from the early design and development phases, ensuring complete synergy, up to the final production stage, from the creation of prototypes and pre-series and the performance of tests, measurements, checks, up to series production.
High-precision moulds
We design moulds using advanced technological systems that allow us to support our customers from the earliest product design stages. We produce them with extreme precision; thanks to our digital processing centres, we test and verify them with sophisticated equipment, to achieve the best possible quality result.
Glass encapsulation
For several years, we have been manufacturing moulds for the encapsulation of automotive glass for windscreens, side windows and rear windows. We have successfully completed many projects for various Italian and foreign car manufacturers.
Impeller production
In addition to the design and execution of the respective moulds, we also have a line equipped for the production of impellers for any type of pump, both automotive and non-automotive. Extreme precision and respect for project timelines are our primary objectives.
Equipment and gauges
We support the customer’s production by creating special equipment and dimensional control gauges made to the specific tolerance and processing requirements.
Specialised services
To complete our offering, we can provide our customers with a wide range of services, from product industrialisation to the creation of prototypes, pre-series machining, reverse engineering, measurements, including onsite, as well as mould maintenance.
