Reverse engineering: from the sample to mass production

The well-equipped metrology room and modern 3D CAM planning systems in use in C.A. Stampi plants mean they can offer a specialised high quality service of reverse engineering, thus permitting the client to reach mass production without the need for a project, by simply starting from a practical sample of any product, mechanical part, or piece which has been either handcrafted or manufactured.

C.A. Stampi technology permits the recording of dimensional parameters of the practical sample through the scanning of the surfaces and volumes in the metrology room. The data, developed in CAD CAM systems, produce a 3D design which allows the planning and construction of the mould, thus activating the mass production cycle.
