Prototypes: development, planning and construction

C.A. Stampi offers new rapid prototyping technology, in order to obtain the new product immediately in the form of a prototype, useful for carrying out aesthetic and mechanical tests as well as the necessary dimensional, functional and installation checks. The development and planning of the prototypes are carried out using 3D CAD-CAM systems supporting CNC workstations which guarantee both speed and precision.

Rapid prototypes integrated into the industrialisation process

In the case of aesthetic and dimensional checks, the new prototypes developed by C.A. Stampi can be made using plastic materials, with the aid of a pilot mould and possible remanufacturing. In the case of practical tests or installation trials the prototype can be made in metal, usually light alloys, through conventional manufacturing processes which guarantee precision and speed.
