C.A. Stampi: mould planning and construction since 1977
The planning of the moulds is carried out in our technical department using new generation CAD CAM systems supporting CNC workstations, which guarantee optimised, precise manufacturing. Multiple, scrupulous controls guarantee perfect adherence to the data of the project. Tests are carried out in our metrology room equipped with sophisticated instruments, as well as in our workshop which employs pressing machines in order to evaluate with great speed the best combination of the various components of the moulds.
Mould production: high quality and precision
The Mould and Equipment Department deals with the construction of moulds of every dimension, moulds for plastic and resin materials, moulds for pressure die-casting and extrusion, for plastic, light alloys, aluminium, EPS polystyrene and blow moulding (tanks, pipes etc.). Besides this C.A. Stampi also produce the relative testing and installation equipment for mass production lines, in order to guarantee quality results and completion of the project.
