C.A. Stampi has a technical team with established experience in the design and making of moulds. The personnel also offer a mould maintenance service for equipment which is either faulty, worn out through use or damaged due to accidents while in use.

Technical repairmen and a specialised department for mould maintenance

The soldering department is equipped with Tig and Microtig wire feed welding machines operated by skilful technicians who expertly intervene in the removal of damaged parts and in their reconstruction through addition of various types of material (Steel 2311; 2738; 2343; 2714 etc.). Reconstruction is also carried out with the use of CNC machinery and the valuable manual labour of our repairmen and polishers, specialised in restoring precision and functionality in the moulds during repair.
