Mechanical measuring and Dimensional Checks
C.A. Stampi has at its disposition a metrology room equipped with the best dimensional checking instruments, all set according to samples with certified SIT ranging system. The metrology room is used for quality checks and the testing of moulds, prototypes, samples, gauges, equipment and various mechanical parts. Such testing, through the appropriate dimensional and functional tests, occurs throughout each phase of the project, thus assuring efficiency and quality in the manufacturing of the order, both with the moulds, mechanical parts in pre-mass production or in small scale production as well as equipment for the support of the production lines.

Stampi offers its experience and technology to mechanical firms requiring measuring, dimensional testing and reverse engineering works which can be performed either at its well-equipped metrology room or, in the case of bulky or un-transportable parts, on site through the use of portable instruments and technicians capable of carrying out digital measurements directly.
